NAL LAW ACADEMY, is part of NAL LAW GROUP, a group of integrated services, all related to intellectual property law, practice, strategy, and training, grouped under one vision, and an integrated mission.
NAL LAW GROUP first emerged in 2012 with the establishment of NAL LAW FIRM specializing in Intellectual Property by Professor Nermien Al-Ali. After practicing law in Egypt for seven years, Nermien completed her Masters and was Associate Professor of Law lecturing in Franklin Pierce Law Centre (University of New Hampshire now) on managing intellectual property rights as business assets for four years, and authoring the Comprehensive Intellectual Capital Management model. Franklin Pierce Law Centre was then the top first law school worldwide as recognized by WIPO – the World IP Organization- in intellectual property law and practice.

NAL LAW GROUP lawyers, are so often advocating for intellectual property before the courts and prosecutors, before government officers, before corporate team and managers and strangely enough before lawyers who dismiss intellectual property law as a marginal interest. NAL LAW ACADEMY was founded based on NAL’s genuine concern to educate and build the capacity of the private and public sectors, as well as the business and legal communities, in the area of intellectual property protection and enforcement contributing to socio-economic development.
Our training programs (whether courses, workshops, or diplomas) are endorsed and/or accredited by prominent global and local organizations applying international standards.

Keep Ahead of the Competition in the Business World
Unlock the value of Intellectual Property
Take a look at any successful business, and you will find that its intellectual property is at the core of business value, sustainability and success. No matter how valuable the equipment, furniture, and real estate of a business are, a business cannot grow or compete in today’s world without cultivating its intellectual property assets.
In fact, the strength of any economy n now can be measured by the value of the intellectual property rights owned in the various industries and sectors.
In the knowledge economy, over 80 percent of the market value of businesses is derived from intellectual assets translating into the ability of a business to create, protect and enforce intellectual property rights. NAL LAW ACADEMY helps you to understand Intellectual Property from the legal and business perspective through various training programs and workshops. With our tri-fold approach, NAL LAW Academy developed training programs for government enforcement officers, business owners and managers, and legal practitioners.

Development of knowledge and skills in a multi-faceted area like intellectual property requires addressing the needs of three main communities:
The enforcement officers’ community
which is entrusted by law to enforce the law of intellectual property and collect evidence of infringement of intellectual property, providing the ultimate protection to intellectual property rights. A community of officers assigned to many government agencies
Workshops for Building Capacity of Enforcement Officers are offered at the IP Summit: Combating Counterfeiting and Piracy
Enforcement Officers can also register for the IP Professional Diploma here
The enforcement officers’ community
of law students, lawyers, prosecutors, judges, law professors, and those who are responsible for advising business managers and innovators on how to acquire, protect and commercialize intellectual property in the best legally effective ways
For available IP Courses and to register for the IP Diploma
The business community
of business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, marketers artists and other intellectual property creators. This is the community where creativity and innovation stems giving birth to a brand (trademark), a new technology (patent), a work of art (copyright), a software application (copyright), and the list can go on. No business owner or creator can afford to lose their intellectual property rights, and hence need to learn how to identify, protection and leverage intellectual property
